The apartment was spacious but felt soulless and not particularly clean, matching the pictures. The well-supplied kitchen and cozy living room were highlights, along with the fantastic bathroom. However, cleanliness was an issue from the start.

The New York Residence offers spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, but make sure to book this over the New York Palace. The service is efficient and professional despite some presentation issues. The location is convenient, close to public transport and attractions but with some rough spots nearby. Dining is good but could have more variety. Overall, a solid choice with some room for improvement.

The hotel is located opposite a really good bar serving fantastic cocktails and Hungarian local dishes. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with spacious layouts and fully equipped kitchens including a dishwasher. Although the service was mixed with some staff being rude, others were welcoming especially when we arrived late at night. The location is a bit far from the main tourist area, but it's great for exploring the city center directly by the underground. The dining experience at New York Cafe was worth the whole stay. The facilities were average, but the famous café at the sister residence was a fun visit.
